1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SmartPrompt (smartprompt.co.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from SmartPrompt for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SmartPrompt
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or abusive content
• Interrupting the normal flow of dialogue within SmartPrompt

In no event shall SmartPrompt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SmartPrompt, even if SmartPrompt or a SmartPrompt authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Course & Subscription Purchase Terms

5.1 Payment

• Courses and bundles are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Founding prices apply only to the stated number of early seats.
• The Business Analyst Toolkit Pro plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). SmartPrompt never sees or stores your card details
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout

5.2 Access & Activation

• You must be signed in to your SmartPrompt account to buy. Access is attached to that account, not to a browser or device
• Access is granted automatically once Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within seconds
• If a course is still locked 15 minutes after a successful payment, email support@smartprompt.co.in with your payment ID
• Your account is for personal use; access may not be shared, resold, or published
• Early-access courses are sold before all lessons are written; the course page states how many lessons are live, and the remaining lessons are added to your account as they are released

5.3 Lifetime Access

• "Lifetime" means for the operating life of the SmartPrompt service
• A one-time course purchase includes all current lessons of that course and future updates to them
• Subscriptions give access for each paid billing period

5.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Email requests to: support@smartprompt.co.in with your payment ID
• Access to the refunded course is removed when the refund is processed
• After 7 days: non-refundable
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 SmartPrompt Content

All content, code, design, and functionality owned by SmartPrompt is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your prompts and transformations. SmartPrompt claims no ownership. You grant us permission to:

• Store data in your browser (you control this)
• Process your transformation requests
• Use anonymized analytics to improve the service

7. User Conduct

You agree to use SmartPrompt legally and responsibly. You will not:

• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Violate anyone's rights or privacy
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated tools without permission

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Modifications

SmartPrompt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
